Committee Meetings ($500 per meeting)

Sponsor one of the working committees that assist AgGateway and it’s councils in their efforts to promote, enable and expand eBusiness. Committees include the Conference Committee, the Directory Oversight Committee, the Education Committee, the Emerging Technologies Committee, the Membership & Communication Committee, and the Standards & Guidelines Committee. Sponsors will be verbally recognized by the Committee Chair at the meeting in addition to a sign at the event with your company name and/or logo.

Refreshments Breaks ($750 per break)

Sponsor the refreshments provided at the morning and afternoon breaks that all attendees enjoy.  Sponsor one break or several. We will highlight your company name or logo on a sign at the refreshment station. 

Conference Speakers ($1,000 per speaker)

By sponsoring one of our speakers help create a meaningful learning environment for our attendees by sponsoring speaker. For this sponsorship, you will be invited to introduce the speaker sponsored.

Nametags ($1,000)

This provides the opportunity for your company’s name and/or logo to be placed on the back of the nametags provided to all meeting attendees.

Pre-Conference Educational Seminar ($1,000 per seminar)

Two educational “Early Bird” seminars will again be offered prior to the conference in support of our strategic objective on education. The sponsors for these events will be verbally acknowledged during the seminar and your name and/or logo will be displayed full-screen as the first and last slides of the seminar presentation sponsored.

Registration Sponsorship ($1,000 or shared sponsorship)

Registration is often the first impression members have of AgGateway at conference. Sponsor will be recognized via a sign with the company name and/or logo on the registration desk.

Gateway to Ag Careers Sponsorship ($1,200 per student)

This is the second year of a very successful concept initiated at the 2009 conference. Created to provide college students with an awareness of the various opportunities available within participating AgGateway companies and provide insight into 'real world' operations within their majors, students will be paired with a "host" AgGateway member with whom they will attend conference presentations and meetings. This is a great opportunity for them to learn about our member organizations and for our members to get a first look at new talent. Sponsors will be recognized verbally at all Gateway to Ag Careers events, have the opportunity to act as the host for the student they sponsor, and will have a ribbon attached to their nametag indicating their sponsorship of this initiative.

Keynote Speaker ($1,250)

Sponsor the keynote speaker who sets the stage and kicks off the entire conference. This sponsor is invited to introduce the keynote speaker in addition to the other recognition provided by an AgGateway Annual Conference Sponsorship.

AgGateway Logo Bags ($1,500)

These bags are a great substitute for the traditional envelopes used for the conference materials provided to each attendee and can be reused after conference. Your company logo will be printed on one side with the AgGateway logo on the other.  

Room Key Cards ($1,500)

NEW for the 2010 Annual Conference - We have room key cards with your company logo on them. Each time a conference participant enters their room, your logo will be front and center.                                                                                                                            

Fold-Up Local Pocket Maps ($1,500)

NEW for the 2010 Annual Conference - Provide a local map of the St. Petersburg area and help conference participants find their way around town and the beaches. Your company name/logo will appear on the pocket map cover.

First-time Attendee Lunch ($2,000)

All first-time attendees are invited to a pre-conference lunch and presentation as an orientation to AgGateway and the conference. This is a great opportunity to make a good first impression with these attendees. For your sponsorship your company will be verbally acknowledged and your name and logo will be displayed full-screen as the first and last slides of the orientation presentation..

Opening Networking Reception with the AgCIO Roundtable Members ($4,500 for exclusive sponsorship; will consider shared sponsorship with minimum $900 sponsorship per person.)

Welcome the meeting attendees by sponsoring this cocktail reception held in conjunction with the AgCIO Roundtable Group. Your company will be recognized with a sign at the reception, and your company will be thanked verbally at the event. New for 2010 – In addition to the recognition, your organization’s logo will be printed on the napkins provided for the event!

Platinum Conference Sponsorships ($5,000)

This sponsorship provides the highest level of visibility of your support and commitment to AgGateway and the conference. Platinum sponsors will receive platinum sponsorship ribbon on their attendee’s nametags, verbal recognition from the podium at Wednesday’s general session, full screen display of your company name and logo at that beginning of and during breaks in the general session, a sign with your company name and/or logo at the registration desk throughout the week, as well as recognition with a full page ad in the conference program.
