New ideas for AgGateway projects are always welcome, and always surfacing. A few ideas currently under discussion are:

Auto Data Capture

The Seed Council is interested in discussing with the other councils the benefits and need to review the current bar coding and RFID guidelines. They also want to look at other ways to auto capture product information (such as QR codes) that would help with trace and trace automation.

Telemetry Project

The Precision Ag Council is considering a telemetry project, since the SPADE Project does not include the telemetry portion.

Members are encouraged to discuss new project ideas within their councils, and also are welcome to contact Enabling Services Director Marilyn Hunter (Marilyn.Hunter@AgGateway.org) with thoughts or questions.
