Over the past several years, AgGateway's Crop Nutrition Council has achieved notable successes, including eConnectivity for contracts, ordering, shipping and invoicing, which is complete among several distributors and manufacturers. The council has also created a return-on-investment (ROI) value calculator to further demonstrate the potential savings companies can achieve today by connecting electronically.
The council encourages members to share success stories and contribute to the AgGateway case study series in order to promote the transition to digital agriculture. The council also discusses the importance of using standards, and following agreed upon business rules, in making connections between trading partners.
The council developed a value calculator which helps demonstrate the return-on-investment of making electronic connections for business transactions.
The council discusses and addresses pain points in the industry sector, as identified by the council membership.
“Educate, enable and expand eBusiness to drive value with Crop Nutrition.”
