Portfolio Update

Working Groups to Mark Progress at Mid-Year Meeting

Crunch time is upon us in the Portfolio Management Center, as many working groups set the Mid-Year Meeting as a target completion date for the resources they are developing. The goal is to get the work done and be able to show it to the broader AgGateway community during the conference. Altoona is only two weeks away, so teams are dotting I’s and crossing T’s to make sure everything is ready for the spotlight. There are a couple working groups also teeing up some larger topics that were unearthed that need face-to-face discussion as well. Read more >

Digging in on AGIIS Training at Mid-Year Meeting

AgGateway’s Mid-Year Meeting will be held Monday, June 12 through Wednesday, June 14 at Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Altoona, IA. Taking feedback from the AgGateway Member Advisory Panel, additional sessions have been added to the agenda that will take a deeper dive into the Ag Industry Identification System (AGIIS). Latin America Region Update

Brazilian Agriculture Gathers as AgGateway Celebrates Five Years in LATAM

It was our pleasure to welcome AgGateway President and CEO Brent Kemp to join us in Brazil for our April 28 in-person member meeting at the offices of member organization Venturus in Campinas. He was also on hand to celebrate the five year anniversary of AgGateway in the Latin American region. Brent closed the day with a presentation on AgGateway’s ongoing projects in all regions, and congratulated the group for its commitment to the actions developed and implemented over the past half decade. Everyone received a special gift from AgGateway, and enjoyed a custom-made anniversary cake. Read more >

Mid-Year Seminar Coming in June

AgGateway Europe leadership is pleased to announce its upcoming Mid-Year Seminar to take place 22 June, 2023 from 9:00 to 16:00 Central European Time. This is an open meeting available to both members and non-members.

The program will feature several short presentations focused on relevant developments in data sharing and data processing related to smart sustainable farming and precision agriculture. The final agenda will be released later this month. We welcome individuals and organizations to consider contributing to the seminar with a short presentation that fits our content objectives.
